Welcome to Ravellique. These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you access https://Ravellique.shop, browse our fashion collections, or purchase clothing and accessories. By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that transaction, subject to any non-waivable legal rights. Products and Product Information

Ravellique offers fashion-related merchandise such as clothing and accessories, depending on current inventory. Each product page is intended to provide relevant details, which may include style, color, size, fit, material, care instructions, dimensions, availability, and price. Customers should review the description and sizing information before ordering. We work to describe items accurately and will address material inaccuracies according to applicable law and our return procedures.

Product Images and Color Representation

Product photographs and illustrations are provided to help customers evaluate merchandise. Colors may appear somewhat different because of screen calibration, lighting, or photography. Minor display differences do not necessarily indicate a defect, but items materially different from their descriptions may qualify for appropriate remedies. Product images, styling accessories, and backgrounds do not necessarily mean that every pictured item is included; the listing description determines the contents of an order.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the checkout specifically indicates otherwise. Applicable taxes or other charges, if any, will be presented as required during checkout. Ravellique offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors, but will contact the customer about a material issue before requiring acceptance of changed terms. Payment must be successfully authorized through a method offered at checkout.

Order Submission and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected merchandise. An automated confirmation acknowledges that the order was received; it does not necessarily confirm shipment. Orders remain subject to payment verification, availability, address validation, fraud screening, and other legitimate processing checks. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify the customer and issue an appropriate refund for any unfulfilled payment.

Inventory and Availability

Displayed inventory can change as orders are placed. We cannot guarantee that every listed size, color, or style will remain available. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact the customer with available options, which may include a replacement selected with the customer's agreement or cancellation and a refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without customer consent.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States for eligible orders, without a minimum purchase requirement. Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days, shipping transit is approximately 6–7 business days, and total estimated delivery is 7–9 business days. Fulfillment normally takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and are explained further in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible purchases may be returned within 90 days of delivery. Standard returns require items to meet the disclosed condition requirements. Return shipping is free for eligible returns, and there is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 calendar days after approval, subject to any shorter period required by law. Exchanges depend on inventory. Cancellations and Order Changes

Customers may request cancellation or a change of size, color, quantity, or address before an order ships. Requests should be sent promptly to contact@Ravellique.shop with the order number. We cannot guarantee modifications after processing begins. If an order has already shipped, the Return & Refund Policy generally applies after delivery.

Appropriate Website Use

Visitors must not use the website for fraud, unauthorized access, malicious code, data harvesting, false orders, or conduct that interferes with other customers or store operations. Any customer account information supplied should be accurate and kept reasonably secure. We may take appropriate action against misuse, consistent with applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Ravellique name, original site content, text, designs, graphics, and other materials are protected to the extent applicable intellectual property law allows. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Content may not be used in ways that infringe rights without appropriate permission. Product descriptions and images may include materials provided by authorized suppliers or other rights holders.

Our store may rely on third parties for payment, shipping, analytics, or other operational functions. Links to external websites do not necessarily constitute endorsement. Third-party services may have separate terms and policies, which customers should review when using them.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protection rights or liability for matters that the law prohibits us from excluding.

Changes to These Terms

Ravellique may revise these terms to reflect operational or legal changes. Updates will be posted here with the effective revision date. Changes do not remove rights already acquired by customers in completed transactions where the law does not permit that result.
